Our partnership with Little Flower Yoga School Project began in 2014. This partnership has evolved over time at Chatsworth. Our shared efforts have always centered on teaching the staff and students about the power of using the tools of yoga and mindfulness practices to develop inner resiliency needed to navigate physical, mental and emotional stress in their world.
